Terms of Use

Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase once payment and engraving details are received. Engraved ID tags will all be shipped in a card envelope and each tag will come with a FREE split ring. Please be aware that we live in a regional area which could delay shipping times. We will always do our best to ship your items as soon as possible.



Please choose your products carefully, as we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind.

You are entitled to a store credit or exchange in cases where mistakes of any kind have been made by the seller and a replacement item will be sent to correct these mistakes.

Some faults may need to be assessed by us before a store credit or replacement can be issued. Please contact us at to discuss. 

We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving your item via your original payment method.

We are not able to refund or accept returns of items that have customisation such as engraving, custom sizing or hardware. 



As an Australian consumer, you have a legal right to return goods purchased from a business and to obtain a repair, replacement or refund* if, the goods:


  • Are faulty or develop a fault within a reasonable period of time after purchase

  • Are not fit for their purpose any purpose you stated or that the buyer made known to you

  • Don’t match the seller's description

  • Are of unacceptable quality, or

  • Fail to meet other mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.


Where goods fall into one of the above categories the buyer is entitled to:

A replacement or refund* for a major failure, or

  • A replacement or repair if the goods otherwise fail to be of acceptable quality.


To exercise these rights, the buyer should contact the seller and may be required to return the goods and to provide proof of purchase.

Please note: The buyer must not have caused or contributed to the failure of the goods, for example, by damaging or misusing the goods. 


*Refunds will only be offered after contacting the seller and in situations where replacement products cannot be provided.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.



Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  1. To personalize your experience. (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.)

  2. To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.)

  3. To process transactions (Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.)
